A Damage Deposit of €150 is payable upon arrival and will be refunded after the cottage has been inspected on departure.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. If a second or third weeks holiday is booked fresh linen will be provided for each week.
Bookings are usually from Saturday (arrival 4.00pm) to Saturday (departure 10.00am), however adjustments to this arrangement may be possible depending on other bookings.
There is an extra charge for electricity. The meter will be read upon arrival and again on departure. A small charge will apply for the central heating during holidays taken outside the summer season. Settlement can be made at the end of the holiday.
The cottage is available for long terms in the Winter and makes a very cosy retreat. Please contact for details.
